Create an Account
The first step in applying for a space at our food truck plaza is to create an account. Soon, you'll be able to visit our website and click on the 'apply now' button. Fill out the required information, including your name, email address, and contact number. Make sure also to create a secure password for your account. Once you've filled in all the necessary details, click "Create Account."

Submit Required Documents
After creating your account, you'll need to submit the necessary documents for review. These may include your District of Squamish Business License, Vancouver Coastal Health permit, General Liability Insurance documents, and approval from the District of Squamish Fire Department.

We would also love to know about your food truck specifications, required time for setup and teardown, and any specific site requirements your may have.
To submit these documents, log into your account, navigate to the "Document Submission" section, and follow the instructions provided. Ensure that all your documents are clear and up-to-date.

Await Approval
Once you've submitted all your documents, our team will review your application. This process typically takes around 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time. You'll be notified via email once your application has been approved.

Book Your Space
Congrats! Once you've received approval, you can book your space at our food truck plaza. Log into your account, navigate to the "Book a Space" section, choose your preferred dates and times, and confirm your booking.
Remember, spaces are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your desired spot.
